The Total Confederation Cup is a competition of soccer organized by the Confederation of African Football , created under the model of the Europa League and opposing clubs Africa .

The Confederation Cup was born in 2004 from the merger of the Cup winning clubs' Cup created in 1975 and the CAF Cup introduced in 1992. It is contested by the winning clubs of the national cups in the member countries. It is organized annually by the African Football Confederation 1 .
