The CAF Total Champions League is an annual football competition organized by the African Football Confederation and between the best African clubs. It is the most prestigious African club cup. It was previously called the African Champion Clubs' Cup.

The defending champion is ES Tunis who won in 2018 , their third title after those of 1994 and 2011.
