The AFC Cup is a football competition open to clubs from countries deemed “developing” by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). It has been disputed since 2004 .

For the 2015 edition, 19 nations are represented, with a number of qualified teams (41) determined by the AFC according to the ranking of Asian nations.
